Well this is awkward. Earlier today, The Voice UK premiered and staying true to the formula, the judges took to the stage to perform one of their songs. The judges include Jessie J, Will.I.Am, Sir Tom Jones and Danny O’Donoghue, who joined together to perform The Black Eyed Peas’ hit, “I Gotta Feeling.”

Pop legend, Madonna sat down with Jimmy Fallon hours ago for the only live press and promotion for the MDNA era. In the 25 minute chat — which featured questions submitted from her fans on Facebook, Madonna discusses her upcoming 12th studio album, MDNA, touring, what she’d do if she were president and more.

“Well, when I am the president, I will first of all take all the money spent on defense and put it into education, so that schoolteachers get paid more money. It’s scandalous how low their pay is. Gay marriage would be legal everywhere and accepted. There would be no restrictions whatsoever on any of my videos, ever.”

When asked if her upcoming sold out world tour would be similar to her Super Bowl performance, Madonna said, “I don’t want to repeat myself. I did that already.”

Madonna was also asked why Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. were chosen for “Give Me All Your Luvin.” The superstar replied, “Because they’re badass bitches. They’re both smart, clever. They have strength. They don’t just play on their sexuality. They’re not ingénues. They’re tough girls and they’re smart. I wouldn’t mess with them.”

In one of the funnier moments during the interview, “Holiday” singer showed Fallon a couple of dance moves for the club. I pray he doesn’t take her advice, or else there will be blood on the dance floor. R.I.P. MJ.

Moments ago, the Queen of Pop — Madonna stopped by the ‘Ultra Music Festival‘ currently taking place in Miami, FL to introduce Swedish DJ, Avicii to the audience. Many Madonna fans expected her to perform, and were left disappointed when the icon instead dance around on stage to ‘Girl Gone Wild,’ while the DJ spun a remix of the track. Sorry.

The ‘Ultra Music Festival,’ for those who don’t know is a celebration of electronic music, which is attended by over 100,000 annually.

MDNA – in stores March 26!

British boyband, One Direction wants to give X-Factor hopefuls a bit of advice on auditioning for the show. The group was originally five solo acts put together by Simon Cowell on The X-Factor UK’s seventh season. Cowell later signed the third place finalists to Syco Music.

Earlier this week, Billboard announced that the quintet made history by being the first UK group to EVER debut at #1 on the Hot 100 with their first album, Up All Night. Now, Nial, Zayn, Liam, Harry and Louis feel that with their enormous success they can give back. Watch below.

In concert last night in Portland Oregon, Lupe Fiasco dropped a bombshell saying:

“In light of that history of amazing lyrical feats with superb wordsmithness, I am sad to say that tonight, there will be no more Lupe Fiasco mixtapes. So that’s done.”

Lupe also announced that Food and Liqour 2 is done and said that it should be out sometime in July. Fiasco also hinted at a double album saying, “The only thing that’s holding Food and Liquor 2 up is whether or not it’s gonna be a double CD or not.”

I’m not mad at Lupe. After giving 5 masterful mixtapes to the public, why not just make any new material an official release?

OMG!! Let me calm down, so that I can type. American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson covered my favorite Shania Twain song EVER in concert last night — ‘You’re Still The One.’ The track was released on Twain’s 2 times diamond, record shattering third studio album, Come On Over. Seriously. Two times diamond?

Each night on tour, Clarkson takes fan suggestions and covers different artists. Songs previously performed include “Exhale” by Whitney Houston, Paramore’s “The Only Exception,” among others.

Clarkson performed an acoustic rendition of the country classic and once finished gushed, “I love that song. It’s just the sweetest song.”

Two-time Grammy winner, Melanie Fiona is not letting disappointing first week sales slow her down. Earlier this week, HitsDailyDouble projected the singers sophomore album, The MF Life to only debut with 23-27k sold. Still, the work must continue as proven by an appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.

Steve Harvey has turned his best-selling book “Think Like A Man, Act Like A Lady” into a film. The movie stars Michael Ealy, Taraji P. Henson, Kevin Hart, 106 & Park’s Terrence J, and guest appearances from Chris Brown and Keri Hilson.

The accompanying soundtrack was led by Jennifer Hudson and Ne-Yo’s “Think Like A Man,” with the second single being, Tonight (Best You Ever Had) from John Legend and Ludacris. Wake Flocka Flame stopped by The Breakfast Club this morning for a chat with Charlamagne and Angela Yee and discussed a number of topics including not being a “super lyrical rapper,” the death of Slim Dunkin, PETA and more. He also discussed his current relationship with Gucci Mane, OJ Da Juiceman and upcoming acts on his radio label, and his upcoming album, Triple F Life: Friends, Fans and Family (June 12).

Waka also briefly commented on his former beef with Wiz Khalifa saying:

“I’m not gonna say nothing else about it. It is what it is. That ain’t my friend though.”

Waka also calls the music industry and friends in the business “sheisty” and says that industry is full of politics.

The unexpected and sudden loss of POP ICON, Whitney Houston took the world by storm. On February 11th, Houston was found dead in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton the day before the Grammy’s. There has been much speculation as to what took Houston away from us far too soon, and now the results are here.

Weeks ago, the autopsy results did not reveal Houston’s immediate cause of death and so the pronouncement was deferred. Now, the toxicology reports are here and the LA County Coroner’s report says that Houston died from:

 accidental drowning

She also had cocaine in her system, and both heart disease and drug use were found to be contributing factors in her death.

Very sad.

YouTube duo Karmin, consisting of engaged couple Amy Heidemann and Nick Noona have released video for their second single called “Brokenhearted.”  The track sounds like what would happen if Ke$ha and Katy Perry had a pretty and clean baby.
